Main Purpose of Job

To contribute to the overall guest experience by being enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, and well-organized. A Site Team Member plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the Park while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Main responsibilities

Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a friendly, customer-focused, and memorable experience for every guest. Provide assistance and guidance to guests, ensuring they have the best possible experience at the Park. Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with parking, and monitor access into the Park to ensure a smooth entry process. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the Park's facilities, including toilets, public areas, BBQ plots, and waste disposal areas. Support the maintenance of the Park, including pathways, grass areas, beaches, fixtures, and fittings. Assist in the upkeep and general maintenance of Park infrastructure, reporting any issues or hazards promptly. Assist with ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at improving Park facilities and offerings. Provide support in various areas across the Park as required to meet operational needs. Monitor and report stock levels for cleaning and maintenance supplies. Ensure effective waste management and recycling processes are adhered to.

General responsibilities

Friendly and customer-focused to deliver a great experience. Organised, prepared and diligent to maintain high quality facilities (sometimes under pressure). Professional and proactively assist guests and colleagues apologise for the inconvenience on this issue. Waste Management. Report on levels of stock.

Undertake any other reasonable management request Attend staff meetings when required Work flexibly where possible to support the business when required

Legal Duties

Comply fully with all legal requirements including GDPR, Employment law, Weights and Measures, Health and Safety (this list is not exhaustive). Attend any Health and Safety training when required. Ensure full compliance with all areas of Health and Safety as per company Health and Safety policy at all times. Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations at all times.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
