Were looking for hardworking, friendly, and enthusiastic SiteWarden to join our close-knit team at Silver Ridge Holiday Park. This is a hands-on, on-site role , ideal for anyone who loves creating a welcoming guest experience, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in keeping a site running smoothly. Youll be involved in guest services, sales support, and site administration, helping to maintain the high standards of the Holgates Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a welcoming, outgoing, and professional presence on site, delivering excellent customer service to all guests and owners at Silver Ridge. Treat every customer with respect and consistency, whether handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or supporting high-value lodge and mobile home sales. Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to create a positive guest experience and make day-to-day site management easier and more effective. Share local knowledge of the surrounding area with guests to enhance their overall stay. Liaise closely with the Sales Department and, where appropriate, independently conduct sales activity in line with company procedures and approvals. Actively support and participate in the sale of existing and new holiday home owners on the range of products and services offered by the Company. engaging confidently with prospective customers and providing site tours where required. Work collaboratively with the Holgates sales team, using training and guidance provided and seeking approval when required before making decisions. Carry out general grounds maintenance including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of the park. Safely operate grounds maintenance machinery and equipment as part of daily site operations. Assist with basic mobile home maintenance and snagging following sales, helping to control costs and maintain quality standards. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the appearance and attractiveness of the park. Complete all site administration accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring records and systems are kept up to date. Undertake month-end tasks, including meter readings, gas readings for billing purposes, and checking bulk tanks, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Use email and IT systems confidently, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, ParcVu, and Net2 (training provided where required). Work closely with central Holgates teams including Accounts, IT, Health & Safety, HR, Sales, and Marketing to share workload and maintain strong working relationships. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support other Holgates sites when required, understanding the importance of contributing to overall group performance and KPIs. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and work as a key team player within both the site and the wider Holgates Group. Participate in duty and on-call cover as required, responding promptly and effectively to site-related call-outs.
