Skilled or semi skilled site worker required with groundworks experience for exclusive development project 10 mins from junction 28, Cullompton. . Blocklaying and setting out would be advantageous but not essential. Must have experience of working on sites and be health and safety aware. Hours of work 7.30am - 4pm. Overtime available. Fair rate of pay for the right candidate. Must be able to show initiative and common sense. Site is currently 1 year into a 3 year build programme with a mixture of new build and barn renovation work. Long-term prospects and regular pay reviews for the right candidate.

As a Site Worker with Groundworks Experience, you will be integral to our construction projects, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in various groundwork tasks, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. Other non-groundwork tasks may also be necessary at times. The organization expects you to utilize your core skills in site preparation, excavation, and material handling, while also leveraging your premium skills in teamwork and problem-solving. Your relevant skills in operating machinery and adhering to safety regulations will be essential in maintaining a productive work environment.

We are small, friendly team that pride ourselves on a high standard of work. We are looking for an additional team member to push the project and future projects on a bit faster.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
