Job Description

We are looking for experienced skilled labourers for the Groundworks and Structural phases on 3 small residential projects in London.

To perform tasks like site preparation, foundation digging, drainage installation, and concrete pouring. This role involves operating machinery, reading site plans, and working with materials to create the essential base for buildings and structures. You would also be responsible for tasks such as site clearance, laying pipes and cables, and completing external works like footpaths and slabs.

You will be someone who takes pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and experience working on small high-end residential projects.

Our current projects are located in E7, SE13 & N6

Skills and qualifications:

Valid CSCS Card
Technical Understanding - listen to and follow instructions
Excellent communication skills
Fitness. A good level of physical fitness to perform the demanding nature of the job
Experience in Power tool operation
Experience performing tasks like site preparation, foundation digging, drainage installation, and concrete pouring, Steel handling, Demolition, General site maintenance, Cleaning, Loading and materials handling
Ensuring site safety, adhering to H&S policy in accordance with Construction Phase Plan and RAMs
Good team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-20.00 per hour

General Labouring: 5 years (preferred) Groundworks, Digging: 2 years (preferred) Concrete Works, Foundations : 2 years (preferred) Underpinning: 2 years (preferred) Structural Steel Installation: 3 years (preferred)
