Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Goffs Oak. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the cafe
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches and pastries
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently
Skills:
- Proficient in food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
