Skilled Field Service & Workshop Engineer

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance and repair activities for on predominantly tractors, Fendt, Massey and Valtra. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Duties

  • Maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites & PHR Workshop
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to provide effective solutions.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions..
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
Skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or related fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site service calls.
  • Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or software systems is advantageous.
