About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help maintain and enhance a wide variety of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are attractive, healthy, and functional. Your contribution will help uphold the high standards our clients expect and trust us to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular landscape maintenance: mowing, pruning, trimming, weeding

Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Monitor and manage irrigation systems to support healthy plant growth

Assist with planting schemes, seasonal displays, and garden redesigns

Diagnose and treat common plant and lawn diseases

Accurately identify plants and know correct pruning methods and timing

Maintain clean and organised workspaces, tools, and equipment

Requirements

Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance

Proficiency with standard gardening tools and machinery

Strong knowledge of plant care, soil health, and irrigation techniques

Ability to identify plants, recognise common issues, and apply proper treatments

Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated

Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
