The Role

This role is for a seasoned Site Manager--someone who treats every site like a flagship project and holds complete command over every detail. You'll start by managing a single high-quality site, with the opportunity to step into a multi-site leadership role based on performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the full on-site delivery of residential or commercial construction projects Oversee all subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and logistics Enforce rigorous Health & Safety and site compliance standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to an elite standard Liaise directly with architects, consultants, clients, and the internal leadership team Maintain complete control of site reporting, scheduling, and workforce management Set the standard for professionalism and build discipline on every site you run
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction, with extensive site management responsibility Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, complex builds under pressure Strong leadership presence -- respected by trades, trusted by directors, and capable of driving performance Exceptional communication skills, especially in client-facing environments Deep understanding of UK building regulations, site compliance, and H&S protocols SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (mandatory) A mindset focused on delivery, ownership, and accountability -- no micromanagement needed
