The Role

We're looking for a Skilled Ground Worker / Play Area Installer to join our growing team. You'll be hands-on in creating unique play environments -- shaping landscapes, installing natural materials, and bringing creative design concepts to life. Expect a mix of groundwork, landscaping, timber construction, and artistic finishing.

Work includes ground preparation, setting out, surfacing, and installing play features. Around 35% of projects involve working away, usually no more than five days at a time. You'll be part of a close-knit creative team that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and pride in quality.
About You

Skilled in groundwork, landscaping, or outdoor installations. Passionate about creativity and craftsmanship -- this isn't just construction, it's creating environments that inspire play. Reliable, hardworking, and a great team player. Full, clean driving licence required. Clean criminal record essential (as projects are in school settings).
