to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of building, repair, and maintenance projects, with the chance to grow within the company.
Role Overview:
The Handyman will handle a wide range of tasks across our properties, ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate is practical, experienced, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, repair, and modify walls (non-structural/partition walls)
Small construction and masonry works
Bathroom and toilet fitting, including tiling, grouting, and minor plumbing
Kitchen fitting: cabinets, worktops, sinks, and related fixtures
Install and repair flooring (tiles, laminate, vinyl) and carpets
Minor roofing repairs and gutter maintenance
General property maintenance: painting, decorating, door/window repairs, and repairs as required
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a professional standard
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in building, maintenance, or repair work
Skilled in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, tiling, and general maintenance
Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and reliably
