The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Skilled Hard Landscaper

to join our talented and growing team. Based out of Longstanton, you will be working on a variety of premium garden builds across the Cambridge region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values high standards, team collaboration, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Reading and working from garden design plans and technical drawings Setting out accurately on site Operating excavators and other landscaping machinery Groundworks: digging foundations, trenching, and drainage installation Brick and block laying for walls and structures Laying paving (natural stone, porcelain, clay pavers) to a high standard Turfing Installing basic irrigation systems Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment in line with Health & Safety guidelines

What We are Looking For

You will ideally have

3+ years experience

in hard landscaping and be confident delivering quality work with minimal supervision. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong experience in hard landscaping Ability to interpret plans and work to specification Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own tasks Great attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and lifting Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential)

CSCS card Trailer licence First Aid training

What We Offer

17.00 per hour

31 days annual leave

(including bank holidays), plus one additional day for every 5 years of service
