We are looking for a SELF-EMPLOYED semi skilled labourer/fully skilled worker to join our small business as a bathroom, kitchen fitter and other home renovations starting the beginning of

January 2026

Even though we are a small business, we are very passionate in our work to ensure the customers have the best high quality bathrooms and kitchens.

No CSCS card needed as we don't work on construction sites

The job and responsibilities:

Install a range of fittings including: Concealed showers, wetrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other home renovations Flooring, tiling, plumbing, and decorative finishes Keep a clean and safe workspace in clients' homes Communicate clearly with both customers and the team Deliver projects on time and to a consistent, high standard

A successful applicant will need to be:

*Experienced working as a semi skilled/full skilled labourer with a good knowledge of using power tools

Approachable and professional
Hard working and reliable - driven to get each job done well
A team player who can think on their feet and problem solve
full UK driving license is essential
Successful applicants will be given a two-four week trial with a potential permanent position available

- due to where jobs can be located. We work in Chester, North wales and surrounding areas. Some locations do not have public transport routes. Transport not provided.
Proven experience and relatable experience in this field of work
Able to carry out tasks such as tiling, cutting, using machinery such as tile cutters, able to make mixes, fitting of goods (baths, sinks, radiators, fitting of kitchen cupboards etc)
Cleaning equipment (buckets, tools, etc)
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment during and after the day is finished
Must be in good physical health. This is due to being up and down stairs several times a day, carrying heavy tools and materials such as bags of adhesive
Able to work alongside someone but at times work independently if needed
Professional, polite, and trustworthy with good customer service skills

There is always opportunities to learn new skills

Work days are Monday-Friday. Weekend work may be occasionally available.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience. This is something that will be discussed.
