We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role involves performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labour-intensive projects. The Skilled Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials on site.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of structures and equipment as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks on time.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic knowledge of construction techniques or maintenance practices is advantageous.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.
