We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects. Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organising work areas
Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, digging, and material handling
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Follow instructions accurately to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar role is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Reliable transportation or ability to commute to various sites as required
A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety standards
