Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects and will need a keen eye for detail and a tidy nature. This is a very hands-on role.

A full drivers license is a must as we work all over Carmarthenshire, mainly Ammanford and Swansea areas!

Duties:

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects, duties usually carried out during landscaping operations. Operate power tools and machinery under supervision. Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. Follow instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Skills:

Ability to work well in a team environment Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

As we are a resin company, you may be tasked with laying resin surfacing. Training will be provided for this.

If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with your hands and contributing to the completion of construction projects and helping a small business grow, we encourage you to apply for this position. Having your own van is definitely a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
