Job Description

We are looking for a semi skilled labourer to join our team to fulfil a 5 year Kitchen and Bathroom Social Housing contract across Kent, Essex, Sussex and South East London to start on June 2nd.

Crew cab collections at Sheppey, Sittingbourne and Gravesend.

120 per day.

A yearly bonus will be given if the programme dates are achieved.

Payments are via CiS so a UTR number is required for 20% tax deductions, we can assist with operatives gaining their UTR number but this may result in a 30% deduction for the first month.

Must have CSCS card.

DBS checked and Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential as we can arrange these.

3 years experience in labouring with references required.

Reliability, high standards of work required, clean and tidy workers due to daily H&S inspections are a must!

The role will require working to a meticulous programme following on from other trades to ensure our deadlines are met.

An expectation of the following work to be completed per day:

- Remove the wall tiles above the bath.

- Remove a bath and cap off the water and waste pipes.

- Remove the wall tiles above the basin.

- Rip up the existing floor cover (majority are vinyl).

- Bag up all waste and cart to the front garden/driveway.

- Minor plasterboarding and/or bonding of the walls from damaged caused by removing tiles.

- Plyboarding and/or latexing of the bathroom floor.
