Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a physically demanding environment. This role requires hands-on experience in construction or maintenance, along with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings and other structures. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a skilled labour role or similar position is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards working collaboratively. Valid driver's licence is beneficial for transportation purposes.
