We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. Duties

Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by supervisors Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Follow instructions accurately to ensure quality workmanship Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

Skills

Proven experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing tasks
