Duties

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are clean and organised. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a PASMA labourer position is essential. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A good level of physical fitness, with the capability to perform manual tasks consistently throughout the day. Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
