We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as required.
Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Skills
Proven experience in a labouring role or similar position is advantageous.
Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace.
