Multi Skilled Labourer

to join our growing team, working on domestic and light commercial properties across the Northeast.

Job Role Overview

You will carry out a variety of labourer tasks as part of the building insurance claims, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including strip-outs, basic joinery, plaster patching and general support.

Assist with repair works on insurance building projects Carry out basic building tasks (e.g. joinery, groundwork, plaster patching) Strip-out damaged areas (e.g. ceilings, flooring, plasterboard) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Support trades on site and communicate progress clearly

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or general labouring Basic knowledge of building repairs Good attitude, reliable, and punctual CSCS card and asbestos awareness desirable (not essential - training can be provided) Good attitude, reliable, punctual and good communication skills Full, clean driving license.
