We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Skilled Labourer

to join our roofing team. The successful candidate will work alongside roofers, providing hands-on support with a variety of tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting roofers with the preparation and installation of roofing materials. Carrying, loading, and unloading tools, materials, and equipment. Cutting, measuring, and preparing materials for use on site. Supporting with the removal of old roofing systems. Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Operating basic power tools and equipment under supervision. Following health & safety procedures and site instructions. Performing general labouring duties as required to support the roofing team.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or roofing labour preferred. CSCS card (essential). Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
