Job Description

T&M Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our team due to securing new Civil Engineering & Construction Projects as a Principal Contractor.

Ideal Candidate will have experience in some/all of the following;

CSCS Card Full Clean Driving license
Working mostly across South Wales, maybe required to work across other areas of Wales & England occasionally.

The Role is aimed for an Skilled Labourer who is capable of working within a team, and condoning themselves in a professional manner to withhold company standards and reputation, you will liase with the Foreman and Project manager for T&M

This Role is aimed specifically for a Skilled Operative who has experience in working on Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure Projects with being able to work on time and on budget. This will be for most of the time. However, the candidate may be required to work on other projects across T&M Group as a whole. Willingness to adapt to other groundwork/ landscaping Projects is a must in between Civils work to ensure the role will be permanent

T&M Group Ltd provide professional services for Civil Engineering, Drainage services, Demolition, Construction, Site clearance, Underground cable and Pipe laying, Fencing, Tree felling, River Remediation, Coastal & Soil erosion, Site maintenance, Grounds/grass maintenance, Gritting, Invasive weed control, Hard and Soft landscaping and much more.

Working Primarily across South Wales, T&M Group work across all of Wales and South west England.
