Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleaning of job sites before and after work is completed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Assist with the installation, maintenance, or repair of structures or equipment as directed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a skilled labour role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driver's licence is beneficial for transportation purposes. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required.
