This role is essential for supporting various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
