We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Skilled Labourer will be involved in various tasks that require both physical strength and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures on site. Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to management promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
