Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and execution of various construction or manufacturing tasks. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed. Assist with loading and unloading materials from lorries or delivery vehicles. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the industry. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction or manufacturing setting. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 70 per week
