Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be capable of performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for supporting various projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are clean and safe. Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within deadlines. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a skilled labour role is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items when necessary. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is advantageous. Familiarity with health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is desirable. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: 16.00-17.00 per hour
