Duties
Lead and assist in all areas of hard landscaping, including patios (sandstone, porcelain), decking (wood & composite), fencing, turfing, planting and much more.
Read and work from garden design plans to ensure accurate execution of each project
Carry out ground preparation and set out levels prior to installation
Build garden features such as paths, steps, edging, raised beds, and retaining walls
Use a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Work closely with us and the client on-site, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Oversee the work of team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment throughout each project
Skills
Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and best practices
Ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to unexpected challenges
