Overview

We are seeking an

experienced and reliable skilled Landscaper / Landscape Labourer

to join our high-end garden design and build team. This is a hands-on role working on premium residential projects across London and Surrey. You'll need proven landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and pride in delivering exceptional results.

Working alongside our senior landscapers, you'll help bring award-winning garden designs to life using quality materials and craftsmanship. If you have a background in landscaping or construction, enjoy variety in your work, and want to be part of a small, friendly team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Hard landscaping: paving, pavers, composite decking, fencing, raised beds Soft landscaping: soil preparation, planting, turfing Site preparation and general labouring Assisting senior landscapers on premium projects

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in landscaping or related trades Skilled with hand tools and basic machinery Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team CSCS card an advantage but not essential Right to work in the UK Background in construction or similar trades is beneficial Able to work independently and communicate well with the team
