About the Role

We are seeking a skilled multi-trade with 10 years experience on high end renovations to join our team. The best candidate and have strong understanding of domestic alterations internally, structurally and externally. Experience in domestic concrete works simple finishing and foundations needed. Will be able to set out foundations and drainage.

We work in private homes so diligent persons only.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out basic building works to a high standard

Work as part of a team to ensure project success

Report any issues to management

Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Other responsibilities

To adhere to all SGM, policies, plans and ways of working

Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on construction sites and domestic dwellings.

Understanding all aspects of domestic construction

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings to a high level of accuracy and understanding

A meticulous eye for detail, precision, and finishing

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with high-end clients

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Desirable

Experience working within high end residential.

Formal training of a trade
