You'll play a key role in the production of high-quality paper bags, ensuring our machines run smoothly, efficiently, and to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up machines at the start of each shift
Perform tests to confirm machine performance
Monitor and adjust machines during production
Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues
Load parts and materials into semi-automated machines
Conduct quality checks and document results
Perform routine and preventative maintenance
Clean and maintain machinery per department schedules
Report production rates, changeover times, and progress
Support operators and assist with packing when needed
Keep workstations clean and organized
Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
Conduct safety checks on machinery regularly
What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (preferred)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
Trainee applicants must demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
