About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and skilled

Painter & Handyman

who can work independently to a high standard. You'll be part of a trusted local business serving Horsham and nearby areas, with a primary focus on

interior decorating

and

surface repairs

. You'll also handle general handyman callouts, so versatility and problem-solving skills are a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and decorating interior walls, ceilings, and woodwork Carrying out minor repairs to plaster, filler, and surfaces before decorating Performing light carpentry, basic plumbing, and general handyman tasks Working in private residential homes and small commercial premises Ensuring clean, tidy, and professional finishes on all jobs Representing our brand with friendly, respectful, and professional conduct

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a decorator with strong attention to detail Confidence working solo or as part of a small team Ability to troubleshoot and carry out basic handyman repairs Own basic tools (decorating and general maintenance) Full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle Good communication skills and punctuality Trustworthy, presentable, and client-focused attitude
