SKILLED SELF-EMPLOYED PAINTING & DECORATING OPERATIVE - PRICEWORK - OXFORDSHIRE



PURPOSE

:

To deliver high quality, snag-free painting & decorating works in line with project programme and health & safety rules on site.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

:

Ensure all personal details given to Hudson Contract are up to date and accurate, including CSCS card, UK bank account & CIS registration.

Communicate honestly, effectively & professionally with all operatives and managers.

Adhere to safety rules on site, including wearing PPE at all times.

Attend and contribute to weekly tool box talks.

Attend safety briefings.

Able to snag own works before moving on to next area.

Follow health & safety standards on site.

Attend site & company inductions when requested.

Read, understand, sign and work to site Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:



Self-management.

Proven track record in high quality internal decorating.

Painting & Decorating Technical knowledge.

Effective time management.

Able to work without supervision, direction or control.

Proven health & safety qualifications.

Able to deliver high quality works in line with project program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 144.00-176.00 per day

painting: 2 years (required) Painters & Decorators: 2 years (preferred)

English (required)
Licence/Certification:

CSCS & IPAF card (required)
Work Location: In person
