Bournemouth Collegiate School (BCS) is a co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 218. Located on the beautiful Dorset coast, BCS is part of the CATS Global Schools group and is known for its outstanding pastoral care, academic excellence, and inclusive community.


We are proud of our well-maintained campus and the learning environment it provides. We are now seeking a Skilled Site Team Operative to support the ongoing care and improvement of our school estates.


Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be a key member of the Facilities Team responsible for maintaining the high standards of safety, security, and presentation across the both the Prep and Senior site. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring initiative, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.



Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience of working in a school environment is essential.
