Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Pool On-site Liner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lining swimming pools and running a small team of installers. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site to ensure high-quality results in all weathers.

This position involves working away from home during the week with extensive travel around the country. You must be prepared to work outside in all weather and some heavy lifting is required. Due to travelling requirements a full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Install and replace swimming pool liners with precision and care. Fabricate custom solutions as needed for unique pool designs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing pool structures. Manage the team members to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Liaise with customers in a professional manner.

Skills

Proficient in installation of pool liners. Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
