Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, LED, and skin consultations Actively contribute to the clinic's growth strategy, treatment development, and client retention plans Hire, onboard, and train new team members as the clinic expands Lead and motivate the aesthetics team to ensure high standards and performance Manage day-to-day operations, including booking systems, rotas, and stock management Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and treatment results Support marketing and promotional efforts (social media, events, product launches, etc.) Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health & safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 NVQ (or higher) in Beauty Therapy / Skin Aesthetics Strong hands-on experience with Hydrafacial and other advanced skin treatments Previous management or team leader experience (clinic, spa, or salon setting) Business-minded and confident in setting targets, leading sales, and growing a team Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering real results Familiar with clinic software and digital client record systems
