Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques, including lasers and Radiofrequency microneedling as well as knowledge of skincare products , and will be adept at providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Duties

Provide high-quality Laser and Radiofrequency microneedling and other modalities tailored to client needs. Educating patients about their skin scare needs and recommending skincare products Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and ready for use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing recommendations for treatments. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries via email. Upsell additional services or products that may benefit clients, enhancing their overall experience. Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients through effective online presence. Demonstrate hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients upon arrival. Assist with makeup application as needed, showcasing versatility in service offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the facility.

Qualifications

Level 3-4 in lasers Proven experience in skincare Proven experience as a Therapist or in a similar role within the wellness industry. Proficiency in laser techniques is essential; additional therapeutic qualifications are advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. Experience in managing front desk responsibilities is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is desirable. Skills in upselling services or products will be considered an asset. A may enhance the candidate's profile but is not mandatory. Must be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism within the workplace.
