Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our team at Renave Clinic, Retford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' skin needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall client experience. Hourly rate will be agreed based on experience. 1-2 days per week. Employed/Self-employed basis to be discussed. We will wait for the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skin treatments, such as microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, and ablative laser therapies. Conduct client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend personalised treatment plans. Maintain a high standard of client care, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques and industry trends. Collaborate with the team to uphold Renave Clinic's reputation for excellence. Engage with events, social media and marketing initiatives at the clinic. Keep up to date with the brands and treatments being offered at the clinic to ensure continuity of recommendations and care Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly disinfected and stored. Document client information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. Experience in microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, and ablative lasers is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach. Other services may also be considered such as massage. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new techniques and technologies. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
