join us at Regener8healthcare - a premium medical and aesthetics clinic in Barnt Green.. We are seeking an experienced Skin Therapist to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-quality, clinically backed skincare treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of skin treatments including facials, HydraFacial, skin consultations, and skin analysis

Assist with delivery of combination treatments involving InMode technologies (training provided)

Educate clients on skincare, home care regimes, and treatment plans

Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and customer service standards in line with CQC requirements

Support clinical team with patient prep, follow-up care, and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 preferred)

Experience with medical-grade facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments.

A genuine interest in medical aesthetics and patient-led skincare

Warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills

A discreet, ethical approach that aligns with our values of patient care and confidentiality

Preferable 2 years' experience and a valid permit to work in the UK.

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible for the right candidate)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (16-20 per hour)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
