We're seeking a skilled and passionate

Skin Therapist

to join our growing team during this exciting period of expansion. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skin treatments while maintaining our high standards of patient care and safety, with a strong focus on promoting sustainable, long-term approaches to skin health. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care. Successful candidates should have experience of working in an aesthetic/skin clinic.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced skin treatments including Microneedling, RF Microneedling, HIFU, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Hydradermabrasion, Chemical Peels and advanced facial therapies Educate clients on comprehensive skincare regimens and lifestyle factors that support skin health Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with industry regulations Assist with administrative tasks and stock management Contribute to a positive client experience from consultation to aftercare Assist in upselling additional services or products that enhance the client experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and equipment Engage in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience as a Skin Therapist in an aesthetic/clinical setting NVQ Level 3 Beauty Qualification or equivalent VTCT Level 4 Laser and Light Qualification is advantageous (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Microneedling, RF Microneedling, HIFU, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Hydradermabrasion, Chemical Peels and advanced facial treatments An excellent understanding of medical grade skincare and long term skin health protocols (knowledge of Alumier/iS Clinical is a bonus) Familiarity with front desk operations and online booking systems Skills in social media management are beneficial for promoting services effectively Experience in upselling products or services

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
