What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, client-focused individual with a passion for results-driven treatments and delivering outstanding service. Whether you're already established in aesthetics or looking to transition from beauty therapy into this exciting field, we can support your development.
Ideally You'll Have:
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) -
required
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in beauty therapy
A strong interest in skincare and aesthetics
Sales awareness and ability to recommend products/treatments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A professional, confident, and proactive attitude
Experience in energy based treatments such as laser and radio frequency microneedling
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering exceptional treatments and 5-star client care
Consulting with clients and offering expert skincare advice
Performing advanced aesthetic procedures (following training)
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
Supporting clinic standards, cleanliness, and stock management
Assisting with client satisfaction surveys and clinic improvements
Collaborating closely with management to coordinate appointments and schedules
Promoting product sales and treatment plans to maximise results
Clinic operates Monday-Saturday.
