Responsibilities

Deliver a range of skincare treatments including facials such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, hydrafacial and radiofrequency skin tightening tailored to individual client needs Provide personalised consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable products or treatments Provide other beauty services such as massage, waxing etc Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to ensure the highest quality of service Social media content to promote the business

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role within the beauty industry (preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Outstanding communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and confidently Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs Professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in all treatments A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their skin It would be helpful if any prior experience in Alumier, Hydrafacial and microneedling is already present, but not a necessity as training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
