Due to the continued success of our business and our ongoing company expansion we currently have a vacancy for an Operations Assistant to join our winning team.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Assistant is a key member of the Skip Hire team, providing our customers with an excellent, professional service.
- Answer the Skip Office phone in a timely and polite manner;
- Process skip orders on our skip software;
- Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries;
- Ensure accuracy of the data in our skip software;
- Produce waste management reports for customers;
- Liaise with customers regarding the return of their skips and obtaining customer testimonials;
- Provide cover on the Weighbridge as necessary.
Previous Experience
You will have experience working in a busy, dynamic office and be an excellent multi-tasker. You enjoy liaising with customers, have top notch organisational skills and are a fast learner. Ideally you have experience of working in a Skip Hire office, even better if you have used the Weighsoft software, however full training will be given.
Hours of Work
The ideal working pattern is Monday-Friday 7am-4.30pm

Pay: 28,000.00-29,000.00 per year
