Position Summary

As a Machine Operator at ProAmpac Lincoln, you will play a pivotal role in operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of flexible packaging. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of achieving the highest standards in the industry. While prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous, we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor slitting machinery to meet specified standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance. Maintain machine efficiency through punctuality and effective organization. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process. Accurately record production output and machine performance data. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and product quality.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is desirable. Strong commitment to adhering to health and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively towards specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Embody and promote our core values in all aspects of work. Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
