Small Animal Clinical Director - Northern Ireland

Then we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced small animal Vet with an interest in leading a committed and supportive team at O\'Reilly & Fee Veterinary Clinic, based in County Armagh.

We strive to provide a high quality, dedicated small animal veterinary service for our patients and clients, with a team of experienced veterinary surgeons and qualified veterinary nurses. We are continually investing in practice facilities, diagnostic equipment and staff training.

As a Clinical Director, you will be confident in your abilities. You will have day-to-day responsibilities for all clinical aspects of running the practice and direct input into maintaining high clinical standards.

You will be the clinical front, and we are looking for someone to support the continued growth and development of clinical excellence and patient care, and the role you play will be vital in us achieving this. You will be our people leader and be able to demonstrate strong management skills. Your role will include promoting best practice and client care, line management of a clinical team, supporting and mentoring new graduates and student veterinary nurses, setting and implementing practice budgets, create and maintain a positive image and outlook within our teams and to the outer community.

Full or part-time hours considered, with a requirement to cover 1:4 Saturday mornings plus 2 Bank Holidays per year, but no OOH\'s.
