The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Small appliance & Gadget Repair Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of SDA, Coffee machines, and other gadgets, with the ability to diagnose and repair hardware to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults in appliances and gadgets (hardware & software). Carry out component-level repairs, charging ports, batteries, and board-level soldering (where applicable). Perform software updates, data transfers, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard. Keep up to date with new device releases and repair techniques.
Requirements

Proven experience in appliance & gadget repair (Basic is ok) . Ability to perform micro-soldering and board-level repairs (desirable but not essential). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
