Weatherproofing Advisors is a national Roofing, Cladding and Scaffolding company with locations in Glasgow, Newcastle, Merseyside, London, and Bristol. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
1 Small Works Manager for our Merseyside Branch
Job description
Organise plant, material, labour and scheduling of small works for jobs up to 10k Attend Internal Contracts Meetings Negotiate with suppliers, sub contractors, and service providers to ensure best value Deliver agreed service centre margins and profitability target Prepare Health and Safety documentation in line with WPA arrangements for Health and Safety, ensuring contracts are carried out safely and WPA standards are met Ensure that service reviews are being carried out by Operatives and Contracts Supervisors Utilise WPA portal for recording of site activity, progress, documentation Communicate positively with client representatives
Knowledge and Experience
Experience of working in a Roofing / Construction / Facility management environment Using various systems and materials. Knowledge of health and safety and site site-up. Ability to communicate at all levels. Strong organisation skills is a must
