What you'll do

------------------



Reporting to the Smart Meter Lead Technical Coordinator, you'll be planning the field teams' schedules to install smart meters, ensuring an excellent customer journey, a high rate of installations and that meter data is updated in corporate systems.



You'll be creating schedules of work for a mix of field resources and building relationships with other teams to efficiently reach project milestones. Taking care of our customers is our top priority, so you will make sure customer processes are aligned with work schedules and any other project needs.



You'll be highly visible within the team, adopting methods and practices that will lead to high-quality outcomes in our delivery of our smart meter targets.



We're looking for you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across end-to-end processes to maximise output of installation and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

A proven track record in the delivery of great customer service, ideally, currently working in a customer service role. Water supply metering covering household and non-household activities (not essential as training will be provided). Creating work plans and schedules for multiple field-based resources (preferred but not essential) Working to tight deadlines with a focus on delivery targets. Working on multiple systems with a 'can-do' approach to learning new work management tools. Well-organised and self-sufficient work ethic. Effective in working as part of a team and using your own initiative. The ability to work under pressure and resolve issues through good decision-making. Excellent communication, planning and organising skills. The ability to use multiple IT systems, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365 and Teams) and internal software. A flexible approach and a voice to influence change, contributing to the successful delivery of smart meter installations.
