Job Description
Seal Bay Resort is part of the Cove UK family, a coastal holiday park based right on the beach in the seaside town of Selsey, on the South Coast of England.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business.
You will be organised, with the ability to work well under pressure and have experience in leading a team
You will follow food specifications, ensure the kitchen area is always clean and will adhere to all Food Safety and Policy standards
Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Deal with deliveries and stock rotation, stock taking
We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a "can do" attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality.
Experience Required:
Chef: 3 years (preferred) Experience of working in a fast paced environment and helping to lead a team.
